This garden has had an amazing transformation, restoring it close to its original Jacobean design. The highlight is the parterre surrounded by topiary and outside this there are flowing borders crammed with colurful herbaceous plants. House open.

A rare gem of a Jacobean country house, Chastleton House was built between 1607 and 1612 and is open to the public. It is a beautiful place to visit in the Cotswolds.
Over recent years its gardens have restored to their original design but with new plantings.
The highlight is the parterre surrounded by topiary and outside this there are flowing borders crammed with colurful herbaceous plants.
