The walled garden dates from the early 18th century and contains a sun-dial with surrounding borders of shrub roses. Plenty more to see at Baddesley Clinton with a superb dahlia border and herb borders.
There is a Japanese style bridge over the Long Ditch linking the stewponds and nature trail areas (we saw a tree-creeper (bird) by the lake.
The moated Manor is unique, with a great history and some stunning rooms, find out about the hidden Priest Hole where lives were saved.
Great Restaurant and worth a stroll on a quiet afternoon in November & Dec.
