Discover the breathtaking private gardens of Badminton House, home to the Duke and Duchess of Beaufort. Visitors are invited to explore the historic grounds, originally designed by Francis Goffinet and later enhanced by renowned landscape architect Russell Page.
Open to the public just three times a year — in April, June and September — the gardens offer a truly special experience. Witness the beauty of the seasons unfold, from 27,000 vibrant tulips in full spring bloom to exquisite rare roses and striking dahlias in the summer months. Admire the magnificent Orangery, wander through the charming walled garden, and take in the productive beauty of the Badminton House kitchen garden.
Guests can also enjoy a curated selection of plant and flower sellers, along with delicious food and drink from a variety of artisan stalls.
The exhibition A Garden of Botanical Art will be on display in the Old Hall, with prints available to purchase in the shop.

In addition, from 8th–12th July 2026, Badminton House will host the inaugural RHS Badminton Flower Show. The first event of its kind in South Gloucestershire, the show will celebrate the finest of British horticulture, joining the prestigious RHS calendar alongside Chelsea and Malvern, with world-class floral displays and expert growers in a stunning historic setting.
