An Cala Gardens, Isle of Seil
These beautiful gardens at An Cala were created in the 1930's and situated on the West Coast of Scotland.
The charming An Cala house is surrounded by the gardens which have magnificent views across the sea to the Hebrides.
A fast flowing 'rill stream' runs down the length of the garden which is split into colourful areas. At the top of the garden is a delightful summerhouse overlooking a formal pond.
An Cala is a remarkable small garden of around 5 acres.
The garden here was designed by the famous Thomas Mawson & Co in the early 1930s.
