There are some lovely gardens to visit in Fife, which is located on the east coast of Scotland above Edinburgh. With beautiful beaches, charming harbours, historic houses and gardens it is a perfect place for a day out or holiday.
The university town of St Andrews is a great destination, famous for its golf course, it offers much more and is a good centre to explore Fife from. Crail around 20 minutes drive away is a scenic harbour which attracts many artists and there are good coastal walks from here.
Amongst the gardens you can visit are the lovely walled gardens at Cambo, the St Andrews Botanic Garden, not well known but with many plantings, and the atmospheric gardens at Kellie Castle.
